Oil on canvas. The queen of Lydia, is here represented standing, leaning against the cudgel of Hercules, covered with the skin of a lion, and while looking with mockery to the hero as his slave, forced to dress as a woman and spin wool. Restored and ritelato, presents the oxidation and loss of colour. In-frame style.
