Xylographies painted by Andrea Andreani (1541/46-1623) with the chiaroscuro technique. The nine printings belong to a twelve-sheets work depicting the cycle of the 'Caesar's Triumphs', painted by Mantegna at the end of the 15th century for the Ducal Palace of Mantua. This is a very important work dating back to the second period of Andrea Andreani's activity in this city, where he was born. The printings are organized in a series within a showcase made of Plexiglas. Each printing measures 37,5 x 36,5. Painted in 1598-1599.
