Francesco Casanova (1727-1802), the Giacomo's elder brother, stood out especially for his hunting scenes, but he also depicted landscaped with figures and animals and works with pastoral subjects. This scene is very lively and full of figures - the noble hunters riding their horses, the assistants, the dogs and the prey - recalls a real battle with an intense pathos. 18th century. Restored, it is presented in a frame of the 19th century.
