Description

An impressive drop-leaf secretaire, serpentine front and sides. Three drawers and a drop-leaf door with drawers for support. Glass cabinet with four drawers inside, doors and open compartments. Sliding shelf hiding a secret compartment. Walnut burr veneered reserves with maple threads. Manufactured in Padua, Italy, first half of the 18th century.
