Description : Palazzina sul mare

Oil on cardboard. Signed at the bottom right. On the back, a label with title and the painting's provenance from a private collection. The painter was born in Rapallo and attended the Accademia Albertina in Turin, learning as an autodidact. He took part to the local manifestations in his city in the 1990s showing his first landscapes (I cipressi di San Michele) and he exhibited his painting (Studio di testa, Paesaggio) at the Permanente in Milan of 1898 and at the Triennale (Ulivi-impressione, Notte). As a result, he took place to the exhibitions of the Famiglia Artistica milanese and at the Biennali of Venice with portrays, genre scenes and landscapes. The painting is presented in frame. 20th century.
