Description : L'armonia delle sfere

Etching. Monogram A.C.F. at the bottom right. Name of the editor 'Filippo Suchielli for Siena' in the middle. The printing depicts the scenography of the third of the six intermezzo by Girolamo Bargagli's work 'La pellegrina', played the 2nd May 1589 in Florence for Ferdinando I De' Medici and Cristina di Lorena's wedding. Good condition, in frame. 1585-95.
