Description : Piazza del mercato a Brescia

Oil on canvas by Antonio Pagnotta. Signed at the bottom right. The painter from Brescia was strongly inspired by Lake Garda. In fact, he depicted it many times with the gentle surrounding landscapes and a strong impressionistic influence. He loved also depicting Brescia, his native city and the Senna river in Paris, where he found further landscapes to depict. Presented in frame. 20th century.
