Description

Writing desk with two drawers and a small drawer under the top. Four serpentine carved walnut legs. Burl veneered, large walnut burl reserve on the top with rosewood thread. The legs are reinforced and blocked with iron plates from the half of the 19th century. Poplar interiors with inventory monogram SOG. Under the fabric of the drawers you can see the original paper. Manufactured in Austria, third quarter of the 18th century.
