Oil on canvas. Hagar, Sarah's Egyptian servant, was exiled in the desert with her son Ishmael by Abraham, who was also Ishmael's father. She was helped by an Angel who pointed them a source of water. This is the exact depicted moment. The painting is close to the style of Lorenzo Lippi (1606-1665). Restored and relined. 17th century.
