Pastel on paper. Daughter of the painter from Vigevano Luigi Bocca - a famous representative of painting during Verism - Anna Bocca stood out when she was really young by exhibiting her essays to important exhibitions, such as the Biennale di Brera in Milan. Her painting favors still life paintings, landscapes and humans figures like this set of sketches depicting male and female nudes. All the pieces - signed in the lower right corner - have different dates and locations. Some of them were made earlier during Anna's youth (1919, 1922) and others later (1969). Two of them have also a dedication. The dimensions are different: the bigger one is 58 x 49 cm and the others 40 x 30 cm. In frames.
