Mixed media on canvas. SIgned on the upper right corner. Date and inscription on the lower right corner. Title on the back. Giannetto Fieschi, noble italian painter born in Val Brembana and artistically trained in Genoa, started his graphic studies during his long stays abroad ( Paris, Bercelona, New York). After an informal-spatial starting he recovered the figurative element anticipating pop art's standards. In his compositions he inserts strong surreal suggestions of decadent sign and of eschatological-emblematic poetry, facing themes as violence, knowledge and eros. He tried all kind of art, included the postal art, calligraphy, and is the author of several books of drawings and essays about contemporary sacral art and about the moral value fo the wall painting: He's considered an art intellectual. The painting belogs to an important bescian collection. Comes with frame.
