Oil on copper. The image of the Sacred Heart of Jesus is here presented in its depiction of iconography and more traditional: a heart in the middle of the breast of Jesus, a cross placed above it,with a bloody wound that recalls the one inflicted on Jesus, surrounded by flames, the symbol of mercy burning, of the burning love of the Savior for all men. Jesus, in the act of opening the clothes, to show the Heart, brings out the stigmata on his hands; He is surrounded by angels, with a view to His Glory after the Passion. .In need of cleaning.
