Oil on canvas. Signed and dated in the bottom left of the page. To the rear is this statement authentic autograph of the artist. Gino Moro was born in Milan, where he studied at the Academy of Brera in milan, and formed artistically, participating in exhibitions and exhibiting in various galleries meneghine, then coming to establish itself throughout Italy and gaining success of public and official recognition. Since the beginning of his activity, he devoted himself to landscape, to still life and the female nude (he was appointed professor at the Scuola Libera del Nudo at the Accademia di Brera). In the Sixties and Seventies came up to a production non-figurative, touching on the poetics of informal in a series of landscapes and views, mainly in lombardy, or of the po plain. The work was presented in the frame.
