Ink on paper.Signed and located in Naples in the bottom left of the page. The figure of the shepherd who ,helped by the dog, leads the flock to pasture, is located in the rugged mountain landscape of the surroundings of Naples, at the bottom of which stands the Smoking Vesuvius. Consalvo Carelli belonged to the ranks of the painters of the neapolitan school of Posillipo, which in the first half of the Nineteenth century, devoted himself exclusively to landscape painting in naples. The design is presented in frame style.
