Description

Table clock in white marble with applications in gilded and chiseled bronze. On the rectangular base there is a small temple and two truncated pyramidal columns on the sides; at the top four doves rest on a tripod vase with a circular basin. The white marble is embellished with gilt bronze applications, frames, plant motifs, allegorical figure and pendulum with fish and putto. At the center of the temple, the clock presents an enameled metal display with the hours in Arabic numerals enclosed by a gilt bronze wreath and signed Jean Pierre Calame à Paris. Hands in gilded and finely pierced metal.

Product Condition:
Item in good condition, with small signs of wear. Mechanism revised March 2021.
