Painting on stone. Signed Igor And on the back. The stone had been turned into a vivid and bizarre face: on one side there is another decoration of a landscape with flowers. Igor Andreev was born in 1952 in Leningrad; he escaped from Soviet Union in 1972 and moved to Canada where he decided to dedicate his life to art. In 1981 he moved to Paris where he still works and lives. In his art works that are defined as Neo-Pop Art he uses simple shapes and materials to create a positive, joyful anf colorful world.
