Etching. In the cartouche at the top right there is the dedication of the work to the Count of Maurepas by Le Rouge, who defines himself as "ingenieur geographe du Roi". In fact, Le Rouge was a cartographer, engraver, architect and geographer engineer at the court of King Louis XV. The work is presented in a frame.
