Mixed media on paper. Signed and dated lower right. It is a work of the Piacenza artist Ludovico Mosconi, linked to the movements of European informal research and, over the years, arriving at the ways of a lyrical abstraction, made up of suspended landscapes. His pictorial reflection has moved from the material of the beginnings to the graphics of the Sixties, from automatic gestures mixed with the symbols of a pop fairy-tale language, up to the invention of the word as a formal motif within the composition itself. The landing in the marinas of the Eighties betrays the great return to painting that distinguished the entire decade in the Italian and international sphere. The work is presented in a frame.
