Description
Console with neoclassical style mirror in carved, lacquered and partially gilded wood, Lombardy second quarter of the 19th century. Shelf with mirror, console with yellow Siena marble top, uprights with scrolls, support plinth. Decorated with neoclassical-style carvings, such as Greek frets, phytomorphic spirals, leafy elements and rosettes, taken from the examples of Giocondo Albertolli. At the center of the panel under the top is a carved medallion depicting a bust of Hercules in profile. Shortcomings in the carving.
