Bronze and wood. Signature engraved lower right. Lost wax casting, made at the Geccherle Microfonderia in Milan. The work was made in 150 copies, plus XX copies in Roman numerals and an artist's proof. Ars D Editions, Milan. Work of the famous Italian sculptor Arnaldo Pomodoro, who, preferring bronze for his works, expresses in them a rigorous "geometric spirit". Its precise forms often hide hidden machinery gears, which in this work are instead visible, are brought to light: they, coherently intersected in a harmonious way, are often compared to the succession of notes in a musical composition.
