Oil painting on canvas. Signed lower right. On the back further signature with title and date; also certificate of authenticity signed by the artist in 1973 and confirmation of his daughter Renata Lilloni. The landscape view presented here refers to a locality in the province of Massa-Carrara, Cinquale, and more specifically to its wildlife oasis of "Lago di Porta"; it well expresses the "painting with a light background" which was sovereign in Lilloni's works and which made him one of the greatest exponents of Lombard Chiarism: the brightness and chromatic delicacy indeed characterize his paintings, mainly landscapes. The work is presented in a frame.
