Neoclassical chest of drawers in walnut veneer, Germany. Contoured top and molding. The front broken by a central folder in relief, is composed of three drawers. The front of these as well as the sides, have reserves decorated with marquetterie, contained by fillets in boxwood and darkened walnut. Bronze drawer handles depicting ram-headed vases, one pendant missing. Non-coeval handles and vents. A single central double latch lock allows the three drawers to be closed at the same time. Uprights decorated with boxwood and darkened walnut threads. Trunk feet – pyramidal narrowed by collars
