On the back there is the title (Portrait of Francesco Salvini -Beppo), with the name of the man portrayed, details of his life and the dedication of the artist and family on the occasion of his death. In the intense pictorial production of the Salento painter, there were several portraits, but above all landscapes of his land and naturalistic subjects (flowers, animals) to express his great love for nature), to which he was always attached.
