Oil on hardboard. Signature and location at lower left. Additional signature on the back with title, date of work and autograph declaration of authenticity. Giovanni Balansino, Piedmontese by origin but Lombard by adoption, chose to depict with his painting made of broad, nervous brushstrokes his love for both lands, dedicating a large part of his production to them. In this case, he proposes a Parisian view, a view of the Seine with a view of Notre Dame Cathedral. The work is framed.
