Description : Paesaggio con figure

Oil painting on canvas. Italian school of the eighteenth century. The characteristic Italian landscape with a bucolic taste, with a fertile and verdant countryside, a rich stream, the ruins of a small castle and figures of commoners resting on the path. The canvas has several small drops of color, signs of previous retouching and a small hole on the left. Relined, it is presented in a regilded antique frame.
