Description
Restoration queen size bed in mahogany and mahogany feather, Italy first quarter of the 19th century. Structure composed of four uprights with plinth feet, the two of which are on the wall decorated with a pair of carved and gilded rosettes and pine cones, the latter placed as a pinnacle; the two uprights of the front, with a wavy upper half, are decorated with maple reserves with threaded edges in ebonized wood and shells in carved and gilded wood (one missing). The carving is completed by a band of festoons in neoclassical style, present on the front and sides.
