Marble sculpture, mounted on a wooden base. Signed and dated on the lower back. Giacom Benevelli, born in Reggio Emilia but who then lived and worked mainly in Milan, is considered an important exponent of contemporary Italian and European abstract sculpture. He worked a lot with metal, but starting from the 1960s also with marble.
