Oil painting on canvas. Authentication from his son Mario Acerbi on the back. Strongly attached to his hometown, to the point of giving up living in Milan, Ezechiele Acerbi made it the main subject of his production. He created many views of Pavia and the surrounding countryside, especially the part near the Ticino river, representing glimpses of life, animated by figures rendered with bright tones and quick brushstrokes, in the impressionist manner.
