Description : Scorcio portuale con imbarcazioni

Oil on copper. French school of the late 19th - early 20th century. It offers a large and bright view of a coastal stretch animated by various boats, some small sailing ships moored offshore, small boats reaching the shore and, in the foreground on the beach, a hull under repair; in the background the city, whose white houses, together with the Mediterranean-type vegetation, recall a southern coast. The work is presented in a mid-20th century style frame.
