Oil painting on canvas. Signed lower left. Giuseppe Palanti was an Italian painter, advertiser, illustrator, set designer, costume designer and teacher of figurative arts at the Brera Academy in Milan. His pictorial production, which developed mainly after the war, includes several portraits of important figures of the time, but also several landscapes and still lifes. In this landscape Palanti offers a glimpse of the maritime countryside of Central Italy, which recalls the Roman landscape of the previous century. The work is presented in a frame.
