Oil on cardboard. Signed lower right. Leonardo Roda, a Piedmontese artist who was a pupil of Marco Calderini, one of the main exponents of nineteenth-century Piedmontese landscape painting, like his master, focused his production on the landscape painting of his native region. In this mountain view, it offers a wide valley, with the path on which a cowherd is passing with his animals. The work is presented in a contemporary frame.
