Description : Il mercato dei fiori a Dordrecht

Oil painting on canvas. Signed lower right. Heinrich Hermanns was a German landscape painter who favored the landscape and city views of Northern Germany and Holland. In this work he offers a view of the Dutch town of Dordrecht, animated by the flower market, which creates spots of bright colors along the canal, with the imposing medieval structure of the Protestant Church of Our Lady in the background. The work is presented in a mid-20th century conic.
