Description : Scena di battaglia

Painted under glass. Chinese work from the end of the Qing period (1644 -1911), depicts the characters of a battle, with white weapons, fought both on horseback and with hand-to-hand combat which also sees the use of martial arts. The richly decorated robes of the two dignitaries on horseback stand out. The work is presented in a contemporary frame worked with Greek motifs.
