Description : Scorcio lacustre con personaggi

Oil painting on canvas. Fun representation in naive style of a lake landscape, animated by multiple figures animatedly engaged in various daily activities; particular is the long walkway that connects the village on the right with the castle on the left. A couple of soldiers in the scene wear French-style uniforms, as is the flag that stands on the castle tower on the left. At the top left a branch of roses hangs from above, almost as if it were a landscape seen from a window. The painting bears the signature Garnisio Marco on the bottom left. The painting is presented with a strip frame.
