Description

Baroque chest of drawers from the early eighteenth century in walnut veneer with subsequent modifications, Piedmont, 18th century. Wavy front with drawer in the band, originally a drop-down drawer, and a pair of doors, also obtained by modifying the remaining drawers. The front is decorated with olive reserves embellished with chestnut threads and a central section in elm briar. Reserves also on the sides. Entirely adorned with ebonized frames. Walnut interior.
