Description : Maria Maddalena

Oil on copper. The small painting presents Saint Magdalene in meditation: scantily clad, she lies on her knees contemplating the Crucifix, with a skull symbol of the Memento mori next to her, and a meditation book; from above a light converges on her, the name of the saint is marked at the bottom. The painting has some color losses. It is presented in a gilded frame from the late 18th - early 19th century.
