Description
Large plaster bas-relief, mounted on a painted wooden panel. It is divided into two parts by a central decoration with leafy scrolls, in each of which is placed a figure that refers to a mythological deity. On the left the female figure evokes the goddess Venus accompanied by Cupid, on the right the male figure refers to the god Mars, with spear and shield, flanked by the statue of Nike, or winged victory.
