Description : Scorcio urbano con figure

Oil on canvas. The scene presents a group of figures, mainly women, crossing a small bridge over a city canal, which evokes Venice or Chioggia. Peculiar is the fact that all women wear a white veil on their heads; on the left a male figure wears a red fez: it could be a group of women going to Mass in the lagoon city. The painting is presented in a contemporary frame.
