Description

Working table made of chestnut wood in the early 1900s, trestle structure held together with wooden nails and crosspieces at the feet and center of the legs; the top is composed of two mirrored boards. The table has been restored with a conservative approach, leaving the black traces of tannin that emerged in spots where liquid was likely spilled and filling the missing wood with transparent resin in areas where it was heavily worn. The table has been finished with natural paints.
