Description
Onyx table clock with decorations in chiseled, gilded and silvered bronze. On the sides a pair of birds resting on leafy scrolls, at the top a half-length portrait of a girl with her head adorned with a garland of flowers. Enamelled metal face with Roman numeral hours, cover framed by a gilded bronze laurel wreath. Mechanism marked Japy Frères Esposition 1855 Grande Medaille d'Honneur.
