Description
Pair of Adam style demi-lune game tables, England, second half of the 19th century. Supported by truncated pyramid legs, they have opening tops with green game cloth inside. Completely veneered in citronnier wood with inlaid mahogany and boxwood fillets and the surface painted with neoclassical decorations, flowers, festoons and curtains held by galls, classic vases and medallions with gallant scenes in the center.
