Description : Cristo Crocifisso

Oil on canvas. Italian school of the 17th-18th century. Dramatic representation of the Crucifix, completely alone in the darkness of the night, with the dying Christ's gaze turned to the sky, the skull at the foot of the Cross. The painting has been restored and applied to a new frame; it has a marked crack. It is presented in a contemporary regilded frame.
