Description

Cup and saucer in majolica decorated with an “orientalizing tapestry” motif that features, on the slightly blued glaze, flower bulbs, leaf tufts, butterflies and small insects. In the hollow of the plate and on the body of the cup a clod with western buildings, a castle and trees. Under the bases, the manufacturer’s mark.
