Description

Louis Philippe oval table. Walnut and crotchet veneer, drop-leaf top inlaid with floral and leaf motifs and a mirror behind it, interior with open compartments and closed compartments in mahogany and poplar. Slender legs, carved with scrolls and flowers, are ebonized, as is the apron that serves as a pull for the drawer under the top. Italy, mid-19th century.
