Description

Spruce veneer table inlaid rosewood and walnut, boxwood and ivory; engraved in Burin and shady. Probably part of a mobile, looks like a charming neo-classical painting. Left Oreste, accompanied by his friend/lover Pilade looks with horror at the apparition of the Erinyes, female personifications of vengeance, persecute him for the murder of Clytemnestra, lying pours between their arms.
